Our network of transmitting sites can provide business & government organizations with a transparent, fast and secure bridge to:
• connect multiple Local Area Networks (LANs)
• carry live video and alarm info for surveillance purposes
• carry Voice Over IP (VoIP) traffic within and beyond our network
• replace costly T1 lines currently used for WANs

The Canopy technology is effectively "Ethernet over the air" regardless of the type of devices connected to it. The network utilizes Data Encryption Standard (DES) and Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) as well as proprietary RF air interface protocols unique to Motorola Canopy. In addition, our network authenticates all subscribers via a Bandwidth and Authentication Manager (BAM) to ensure that only registered subscribers gain access. Custom configuration details can be arranged on request.




MOTOROLA AUTHORIZED CHANNEL PARTNER FIXED WIRELESS BROADBAND
The Motorola Wireless Broadband VAR (Value Added Reseller) program is designed to ensure that resellers, such as ourselves (who use a highly developed set of specialized technical skills), are able to offer integrated Wireless Broadband solutions to end customers.

The program consists of three different partner levels, each focused on a different set of solutions, each with a different set of requirements for resellers to meet, and each enjoying a different set of benefits.

Talk Wireless is currently one of only seven VARs in all of Canada. We fall into the level classified as “Fixed Wireless Broadband Chanel Partner”. This classification allows us to focus on designing, implementing, and supporting broadband solutions in an ever-growing portfolio of products for the service provider, enterprise, and government sectors. These include both indoor and outdoor technologies which allow us to provide end-to-end seamless mobility for users who want to connect to the internet or private networks.

The requirements that Talk Wireless had to meet to successfully qualify for this level are:

  • Demonstrate expertise and experience selling data solutions to IT personnel in Government and select vertical markets.

  • Investment in training and certification of the following technical staff: One Motorola Certified Wireless Field Engineer, One Motorola Certified Wireless Systems Engineer

  • Two sales representatives trained on the Fixed Wireless Broadband portfolio

  • Pass sales and technical training specific to the solutions that the reseller will sell
